Uninstalled avast but it is still there

It was a local server hosted on our hardware running their enterprise software. Once they decided to end this program, we promptly dumped it and went another direction. As part of the decommission, we used the enterprise uninstaller. From all appearances, it did it's job and was uninstalled from staff machines.

Today I came in, started reviewing some things on our router, and noticed a 4GB spike around PM originating avast. I don't know if any decision was made by Avast to change that. Personally I'm against that I guess you are also as what the hell is the point of silent mode if exceptions are being made.

What element are you saying is running or rather how do you know Avast is still on your system? The only thing I can think of is perhaps Avast Secure Browser, but that isn't an integral part of the Avast Antivirus. Mobile Security. Thanks for the responses. The first screenshot below shows the popup that I couldn't get rid of.

Every time I closed it, it would re-open. After doing the apparent uninstall and reboot, the popup no longer appeared. On the other hand, Avast should have been completely uninstalled at that point so one would not have expected the popup to keep showing at that time after re-boot anyway. The second screenshot shows Avast running normally even though it no longer shows up in the installed program list.

All features of it operate normally. The Avast logo is also showing in the tray although my screenshot doesn't show my tray icons. I have downloaded Avastclear. I am assuming that running that program then re-installing Avast will solve the problem of it not showing up in my installed programs list.
