Windows 8 boot screen logo change

At a moment in the installation it fixed the boot logo, but it didn't remain like that. Hope that windows 8. I don't know if you still have this problem or need to fix it but this worked for me. Dell and other companies do not do this as you only see the dell or HP logo on the BIOS splash screen and then your presented with the windows loading screen.
